I loved the facilities and the security it has. Makes you feel safe. The common areas are excellent. I just went for one night, but if I would have known the quality of the hotel, I would have arrived earlier to go into the pool.

The community between in on line in the USA and here in Mexico totally different information given to me from one of your staff Maria Torres the price of transportation she told me 550 pesos and the driver told me 750 pesos and on line it shows breakfast including.

Excellent experience. Facilities and staff: top notch. Had a simple breakfast in the dining room and it was excellent! Yogurt was unsweetened (thank you), berries and granola were fresh and plentiful. It’s the little things like this that truly make a difference in the experience. Muchísimas Gracias!

Is the only hotel in the world that I know that offers so excellent breakfast during 6 hrs (6-12). Usually breakfast in all other hotels is aprox 3 hrs.

The breakfast is amazing just beware that if you book though Booking.com with kids Booking.com will not send that information to the property and you will have to pay for the breakfast (if included)
